The city of Turin has two football teams. One team, Juventus, has won the national Serie A championship so many times that their victory has become expected. The other team, Torino, has for two years now completely fallen out of the Serie A championship and has been playing in Serie B.

Just a couple of weeks ago, the team celebrated their much-awaited return to Serie A and with it, a renewed competition with their old city rivals Juventus. In a tragic turn of events, the team’s organisation has now come under investigation for fraud. The in-debt team may have illegally obtained a loan for the statutory fee required for entrance into Serie A. If found guilty, the team will remain in Serie B and Bologna will take its place in the top-level championship.
