International contemporary drama festival . Named after the train built in 1988 to connect major cities in Italy, each year the festival connects Florence and Sesto Fiorentino to other major cities around the world in a three-day live-performance event. Copenhagen is the star of Intercity Festival 2010, which will feature three contemporary scripts written by Danes and directed by artists both foreign and Italian. In addition to hosting exciting foreign companies on stage at the Teatro della Limonaia, the festival will feature readings and talks with authors, cinematographic exhibitions, performances and theatrical theory and practice seminars.
