On June 25 and 26, Zefiro Rooftop at W Florence will welcome a special two-night takeover by Shmoné, the Michelin-starred New York restaurant founded by celebrated Israeli chef Eyal Shani. Known for its vibrant Middle Eastern flavours and inventive contemporary cooking, Shmoné will present an exclusive à la carte menu created by executive chef Orianne Shapira.

Available only during the event, the menu features several of the restaurant’s signature dishes, including the Shmoné Jerusalem bagel with Mediterranean pomodoro fondente, apricot tartare with red shrimp carpaccio, frutti di mare in a sea of red tomatoes, and the restaurant’s famed “76 Layers” Wagyu flat iron steak on a bed of roasted peaches, followed by a dessert of yogurt, apricot and honey gelato.
The collaboration offers Florence diners a rare opportunity to experience one of New York’s most talked-about Michelin-starred restaurants against the backdrop of the city’s skyline.
